SPECIAL TRAFFIC BLOCK BETWEEN ASANGAON-VASIND o­n 17.6.2013

Central Railway will operate traffic block o­n Up and Dn north east lines between Asangaon and Vasind for engineering works as under -

ON UP & DN LINES BETWEEN ASANGAON AND VASIND FROM 10.20 AM TO 11.20 AM (1 HOUR) ON 17.6.2013 (MONDAY)

CANCELLATION OF 2 SUBURBAN TRAINS o­n 17.6.2013

1. Asangaon local leaving CST at 9.26 am &

2. CST local leaving Asangaon at 11.16 am will remain cancelled.

RESCHEDULING OF SUBURBAN TRAIN o­n 17.6.2013

1. CST local scheduled to leave Kasara at 10.10 hrs will be rescheduled to leave Kasara at 10.40 hrs.

Mail/express trains arriving Mumbai during the block period will also be regulated and arrive their destination 10 to 20 minutes behind schedule.

Central Railway will operate Mega Block o­n its suburban section for carrying out maintenance work o­n Sunday 16.6.2013.

UP FAST LINE BETWEEN KALYAN AND THANE STATIONS FROM 10.30 AM TO 3.30 PM.

Up fast line services leaving Kalyan from 10.30 am to 3.33 pm will be diverted o­n Up slow line between Kalyan and Thane stations halting at all stations between Kalyan and Thane, further will be re-diverted o­n Up fast line halting at Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar, Kurla, Dadar and Byculla stations between Thane and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and will arrive Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus 20 minutes behind schedule.

All Dn fast line services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 10.08 am to 2.40 pm will halt at Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup, Mulund in addition to their respective scheduled halts and will arrive their destination about 15 minutes behind schedule.

All slow line services leaving and arriving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus between 11.00 am and 5.00 pm will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.

As a result of this, suburban trains are likely to be more crowded than usual. Passengers are requested not to take any risks while travelling. They are also requested to avoid travelling o­n foot board, roof top of locals and not to board extremely over crowded trains.

Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.

Northern Railway announced that the traffic Blocks of 3 hours each during midnight hours from 13-06-2013 to 15-06-2013 between Ballabhgarh-Asaoti stations.

SHORT TERMINATION/REGULATION OF TRAINS FOR LAUNCHING OF GIRDERS FOR ROB BETWEEN BALLABHGARH-ASAOTI STATIONS

In order to undertake launching of girders for Road Over Bridge (ROB) at newly constructed by-pass road near sector 61 & 59 between Ballabhgarh-Asaoti stations over Tughlakabad-Palwal section of Delhi Division, there will be 06 Traffic Blocks of 3 hours each during midnight hours from 13-06-2013 to 15-06-2013 (03 blocks) & from 18-06-2013 to 20-06-2013 (03 blocks) between 00.30 midnight and 03.45 a.m.During the period of traffic blocks, the following trains scheduled to run o­n the section will temporarily be regulated/short terminated as under:-

Short Termination/Cancellation of Trains:-

The 64076 (NP -) New Delhi – Palwal EMU train will be short terminated at Faridabad and remain cancelled between Faridabad– Palwal o­n 13-06-2013, 14-06-2013 & 15-06-2013.

The 64409 Ghaziabad – New Delhi EMU train will be short terminated at New Delhi and remain cancelled between New Delhi– Palwal o­n 18-06-2013, 19-06-2013 & 20-06-2013.

REGULATION OF TRAINS:-

The 11057 Lokmanya – Amritsar Express will be regulated at Aasotiby 30 minutes o­n 13-6-13, 15-6-13. 18-6-13, 19-6-13 & 20-6-13.

The 12475 Hapa – Jammu Tawi Express will be regulated at Palwal by 15 minutes o­n 13-6-13, 15-6-13 & 20-6-13.

The 12471 Bandra – Trms – Jammu Tawi Express will be regulated at Palwal by 15 minutes o­n 18-6-13.

The 12477 Jam Nagar – Jammu Tawi Express will be regulated at Palwal by 15 minutes o­n 19-6-13.

The 12919 Indore – Jammu Tawai Malwa Express will be regulated at Palwal by 15 minutes o­n 19-6-13.

The 12721 Hyderabad-Hazrat Nizamuddin Daksin Express will be regulated at Aasoti by 20 minutes o­n 13.6.2013,15.6.2013, 18.6.2013, 19.6.2013 and 20.6.2013.

Central Railway will operate Mega Block o­n its suburban sections for carrying out maintenance work o­n Sunday 9.6.2013: -

ON DN FAST LINE BETWEEN MATUNGA  AND MULUND STATIONS FROM 10.15 AM TO 3.15 PM.

DN fast services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai from 9.37 am to 2.51 pm will be diverted o­n DN slow line between Matunga and Mulund stations halting at all stations from Sion to Mulund.
      
UP fast line services leaving Thane station from 10.50 am to 3.36 pm will halt at Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar and Kurla stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts during the block period.

DN Mail/Express trains will be diverted o­n DN slow line between Matunga and Mulund stations during the block period.

ON UP AND DN HARBOUR LINES BETWEEN KURLA AND MANKHURD STATIONS
FROM 11.00 AM TO 3.00 PM.

DN Harbour line services to Panvel/Belapur/Vashi leaving from Mumbai CST at 10.23 am to 3.01 pm and UP Harbour line services from Panvel/ Belapur leaving Panvel at 10.20 am and leaving Belapur at 3.04 pm will remain suspended.

All UP and DN services between Mankhurd and Kurla  will remain suspended during the block period o­n 9.6.2013.

For the benefit of passengers 8 special local trains will run via Main Line/Trans Harbour line from CSTM to Panvel halting at Masjid, Sandhurst Road, Byculla, Dadar, Kurla, Thane and between Thane and Panvel stopping at all stations during the block period.

Due to these blocks, suburban trains are likely to be more crowded than usual.

RAILWAY RUNS SUMMER SPECIAL TRAIN BETWEEN SAHARANPUR AND SAHARSA ( 08 TRIPS)

For the convenience of rail passengers during Summer season, Railway has decided to run the Summer Special train no. 05212/05211 between Saharanpur and Saharsa as per the following programme:-

The 05212 Saharanpur- Saharsa Summer Special Express train will depart from Saharanpur at 02.00 p.m. o­n 11, 12, 15 & 16.06.201309 (04 trips) to reach Saharsa. at 04.10 p.m. the next day.In the return direction, the 05211 Saharsa- Saharanpur Summer Special Express train will depart from Saharsa at 08.05 p.m. o­n 09, 10, 12 & 13.06.2013 (04 trips) to reach Saharanpur at 09.40 p.m. the next day.

Consisting of Twelve General Class coaches and two brake-cum-Luggage Vans, the 05212/05211 Saharanpur- Saharsa- Saharanpur Summer Special Express train will stop at Moradabad, Bareilley, Shahjehanpur, Sitapur Cantt., Gonda, Mankapur, Basti, Khalilabad, Gorakhpur, Deoria Sadar. Sewan, Chhapra, Sonepur, Hajipur, Muzzafarpur, Samastipur, Ruseraghat, Khagaria & Mansi stations in both the directions.

STATUS & TRAIN NUMBER OF 12998/12997 HAPA- TIRUNELVELI via VASAI ROAD SUPERFAST EXPRESS (Bi-Weekly) TRAIN CHANGES FROM 01st NOVEMBER, 2013

The status of 12998/12997 Hapa- Tirunelveli Super Fast express will be changed from SUPERFAST to ORDINARY EXPRESS w.e.f 01st November, 2013. Also its train no will change from 12998 Hapa- Tirunelveli Super Fast Express to 19578 Hapa- Tirunelveli Express and in return direction from 12997 Tirunelveli – Hapa Super Fast Express to 19577 Tirunelveli – Hapa Express. No superfast charge will be levied from passengers travelling by this train from 01st November, 2013.
