Southern Railways: train services Partially cancellation between Ennore to Gummidipoondi / Sulurpetta on 24th & 25th MAY 2013
Southern Railway press note said that the train services partially and totally cancelled on 24th and 25th this month between Chennai Central and Gudur due to line block in the respective sections.
Change in pattern of train services in Chennai Central – Gudur section and Line Block
Due to line block/power block to facilitate erection of RCC box segments for limited use subways in Chennai Central – Gudur section, the following changes will be made in the pattern of train services.
The following EMUs will run only upto Ennore and will be partially cancelled between Ennore – Gummidipoondi / Sulurpetta on 24th & 25tth MAY 2013 :
The following EMUs will be fully cancelled on 24th & 25tth MAY 2013 :
LINE BLOCK
Due to Engineering work in the Arakkonam – Jolarpettai section on 24.5.2013 (Friday) Train No.56013 Arakkonam – Vellore passenger scheduled to leave Arakkonam at 12.30 hrs. will leave late by 50 minutes.

2) Train No. 42033 MMC – Gummidipundi EMU scheduled to leave MMC at 18.30 hrs.
3) Train No. 42605 Chennai Beach – Gummidipundi EMU scheduled to leave Chennai Beach at 18.35 hrs.
4) Train No. 42035 MMC – Gummidipundi EMU scheduled to leave MMC at 19.35 hrs.
5) Train No. 42037 MMC – Gummidipundi EMU scheduled to leave MMC at 20.05 hrs.
6) Train No. 42423 MMC – Sulurpetta EMU scheduled to leave MMC at 20.35 hrs.
The following EMUs will be fully cancelled on 24th & 25tth MAY 2013 :
1) Train No. 42402 Sulurpetta– MMC EMU scheduled to leave Sulurpettaat 05.40 hrs.
2) Train No. 42044 Gummidipundi – MMC EMU scheduled to leave Gummidipundi at 20.00 hrs.
3) Train No. 42606 Gummidipundi – Chennai Beach EMU scheduled to leave Gummidipundi at 20.15 hrs.
4) Train No. 42420 Sulurpetta – MMC EMU scheduled to leave Sulurpetta at 20.20 hrs.
5) Train No. 42046 Gummidipundi – MMC EMU scheduled to leave Gummidipundi at 21.45 hrs.
6) Train No.42422 Sulurpetta – MMC EMU scheduled to leave Sulurpetta at 21.40 hrs.
7) Train No. 42452 Sulurpetta – Gummidipundi EMU scheduled to leave Sulurpetta at 22.50 hrs.
